Amanda has over 16 years experience to HR Director level in the Entertainment, Internet and Retail sectors with PRS for Music, Virgin and Kingfisher. 

She has worked closely at senior level with CEOs, MDs and Management Teams and so understands the pressures and accountabilities in demanding corporate environments. She has previously been a London & Cambridge client and now brings specific expertise in top level management development and across Board and HR assignments. Amanda also manages the Leadership Matters business, consulting on authentic leadership.  

Amanda is a Middlesex University graduate and is qualified to use levels A/B of the British Psychological Society's psychometric testing. Her focus is primarily on the EMEA region.
